
EMPLOYMENT, DISCRIMINATION & EQUALITY LAW
The team at PB&C is active in individual and collective claims relating to discrimination in the workplace, sexual harassment on the workplace, unfair or wrongful dismissal, equal pay, confidential information and data protection, and whistleblowing and employee victimisation. We also act alongside trade unions in industrial actions to protect the rights of unionised workers, and appear in cases at all levels from internal disciplinary proceedings, the Industrial Tribunal and other local fora, and the European Court of Human Rights.
In character with PB&C’s civil liberties ethos, Martina and Emma pride themselves in assisting clients in litigation cases designed to advance and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in every workplace sector across Malta.
